Francesca LaRosa is the Senior Director of Human Resources at the MMRF. She started with the MMRF in July of 2021.
Francesca brings over fifteen years of Human Resources experience specializing in Employee and Labor Relations, Management Coaching, Performance Management, Talent Management and Recruiting, Succession Planning, and Diversity and Inclusion, within non-profits, healthcare, and social services sectors.
Francesca began her career with J. Gatto & Sons, Inc. as the Human Resources Manager and moved on to oversee and manage the HR function as the Director at the Norwegian Christian Home & Health Center, Somers Manor Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, and most recently served as the HR Director at the Richmond Community Services in Mount Kisco, NY.
Francesca received her BSc in Human Resource Management from Empire State College and her MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Touro University. Francesca also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate from the Human Resources Certifications Institute (HRCI) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Francesca is passionate about philanthropy and has dedicated her career to the non-profit field. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Danbury Animal Welfare Society (DAWS).
