Kirk is a 66-year-old recent retiree whose multiple myeloma was caught early and without symptoms. He began quadruple induction therapy in spring 2022, underwent an autologous stem cell transplant that September, and started maintenance therapy by year’s end. Now nearly three years post-transplant, he feels great—more energetic and resilient than he has felt in years.
