Eva M. Lepisto, MA, MSc

Vice President of Informatics

Eva Lepisto joined the MMRF as Vice President of Informatics in 2021. An experienced clinical epidemiologist, Ms. Lepisto brings to the MMRF her extensive experience in directing oncology research and informatics initiatives. By leveraging her real-world oncology, clinical, and genomic data expertise, she will define how MMRF can leverage its vast amount of data in order to advance research and patient care.

Ms. Lepisto came to the MMRF from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), where she was Program Director of Phenomic Data Curation Core. There she developed, implemented, and maintained the real-world oncology phenomic outcomes taxonomy, PRISSMM, and its framework within DFCI.

Other roles she held at DFCI were team lead of Clinical Data and Curation, Research Informatics, and Senior Clinical and Research Data Analyst, Informatics.

Prior to that, she was Vice President, Technology Research and Development at the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), where she initiated, directed, and expanded the NCCN Oncology Outcomes DB.

Ms. Lepisto received her MSc in Epidemiology with Biostatistics concentration from the Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, MA, and an MA in Medical Sociology, with Concentration in Gerontology from Duke University, Durham, NC.
